Raleigh, NC – Dominique Bell, a freshman at North Carolina State University, recently made waves in the fashion industry after winning first prize in the novice category at the 25th Annual Fashion Expose, hosted by the African American Textile Society. Bell, who is a fashion and textile design major in the Wilson College of Textiles at North Carolina State University, is the first crochet designer to win the novice category and took home the grand monetary prize for her category.
