South East Asia & India Loyalty Association Launches, Announces Singapore Loyalty Leaders Summit

New regional industry association brings together loyalty leaders across South East Asia and India while launching its first major industry event in Singapore.

The South East Asia & India Loyalty Association (SILA) has announced its official launch, bringing together a diverse range of the region’s leading brands, loyalty practitioners and technology partners to advance loyalty, customer engagement and customer insights across South East Asia and India. To celebrate its launch SILA revealed it is hosting its first 2026 Loyalty Leaders Summit on Wednesday, 23 September 2026 at the Sofitel Singapore City Centre.

As customer expectations continue to evolve, loyalty has become one of the most important strategic capabilities for organisations across retail, grocery, financial services, travel, hospitality, telecommunications and digital commerce. Consumers increasingly expect personalised, seamless and rewarding experiences, making loyalty programmes a critical driver of customer retention, advocacy and long-term business growth.

South East Asia and India represent one of the world’s fastest-growing loyalty markets, driven by digital-first consumers, rapid mobile adoption and increasing investment in AI-powered customer engagement. SILA has been established to support this growth by connecting the industry’s leading practitioners, sharing global best practice and building capability across the region.

Recent research shows the loyalty market in the APAC region has experienced robust growth during 2021-2025, achieving a CAGR of 17.2%. This upward trajectory is expected to continue, with the market forecast to grow at a CAGR of 13.1% from 2026 to 2030. By the end of 2030, the loyalty market is projected to expand from its 2025 value of USD$75.1 billion to approximately USD$141.8 billion.

The Association forms part of Loyalty Group APAC, alongside the Australian Loyalty Association and the New Zealand Loyalty Association, creating the largest and most representative loyalty community across the Asia-Pacific region.

Sarah Richardson, CEO of SILA, said:

“South East Asia and India are among the world’s most exciting regions for loyalty innovation. Organisations are investing heavily in AI, personalisation and customer engagement, yet there has been no industry body dedicated to bringing loyalty professionals together. Our vision is to create a collaborative community that connects industry leaders, shares global best practice and helps organisations build stronger, more meaningful customer relationships.”

First Major Initiative: Loyalty Leaders Summit Singapore

As its first major initiative, SILA has announced the 2026 Loyalty Leaders Summit, taking place on Wednesday, 23 September 2026, at the Sofitel Singapore City Centre.

Designed for senior executives across loyalty, CRM, customer experience, digital, data and marketing, the Summit will bring together more than 200 industry leaders from across South East Asia and India to explore the latest trends, strategies and innovations shaping customer loyalty.

A highlight of the event will be the exclusive launch of the 2026 Asia Loyalty Program Research Report, providing the first comprehensive benchmark of leading loyalty programmes across key Asian markets. The research will offer delegates valuable regional benchmarks, emerging trends and practical recommendations to strengthen programme performance.

The Summit programme features senior client-side case studies, executive panel discussions, interactive roundtables, VIP Loyalty Connections, facilitated networking and exclusive industry insights, creating a unique forum for leaders to exchange ideas, build strategic relationships and learn from some of the region’s most innovative loyalty practitioners.
