CARY – BlueAlly Solutions, a technology services provider, continues its growth surge, announcing Monday its third acquisition made so far this year.
The latest is Atlanta-based B2B Technologies, which offers a variety of cloud-based services.
Financial terms weren’t disclosed.
“This acquisition underscores our continuing dedication to reinventing the Value-Added Reseller model. This deal brings together the best minds in the industry, and I expect it to result in heightened value for all our clients,” said BlueAlly CEO George Barkley in the announcement.
Privately held BlueAlly, which launched in 1999,is a portfolio member of Source Capital.
Recently acquired companies include Corporate Armor and n2grate.
