A recent interview with founders Mr. Rogelio Bimeda Santos Jr. and Mr. Andrew Joel Stein detailed just how far they have come.
After declaring “Big Pharma is Sick and We are the Cure” it is now confirmed by the co-founders that the opposite to be fact. Aevolve and Amylex have for many years been obtaining finical support under this tag line without appropriate due diligence, warnings or disclosures being provided to its investors. As a result, significant financial irregularities have been identified.
Mr. Rogelio Bimeda Santos Jr. stated that because of lack of operational miss management, funding, and overall project viability under current management – we have made the hard decision to close doors permanently and cease all further operations.
“We understand that many people invested significant funds into these projects however due our irregularities in how the funds raised were appropriated and the lack of due diligence offered to investors, the burdensome of continuing operations is no longer viable and with immediate effect all operations are terminated.” Stated Mr. Santos.
Mr. Rogelio Bimeda Santos Jr. and co-founder Mr. Andrew Joel Stein have committed to taking personal responsibility to ensure all investors are compensated fully from liquidation of assets and IP.
