Montreal, Quebec–(Newsfile Corp. – January 22, 2026) – Quantum eMotion Corp. (TSXV: QNC) (FSE: 34Q0) (OTCQB: ONCCF) (“QeM” or the “Company“), a global quantum technology company pioneering next generation solutions relying on Quantum-based technologies: Quantum Random Number Generator (QRNG) and Quantum-safe Encryption, announced today that it has filed a Form 40-F Registration Statement (“Form 40-F“) with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC“), in connection with its application to list its common shares (“Shares“) on the NYSE American Exchange (the “NYSE American“).

The listing of the Company’s Shares on the NYSE American remains subject to the approval of the NYSE American and the satisfaction of all applicable listing and regulatory requirements, including the Form 40-F being declared effective by the SEC.
