IBM faces possible class action lawsuit over data breach
RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK – IBM as well as Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems face a possible class action lawsuit over a data breach that occurred in August.
“Information exposed in the breach included full names, contact information, and information about medications and associated conditions, according to a complaint filed Sept. 22,” reports Bloomberg Law.
The suit was filed in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York.
