There are always hurdles to overcome when taking on new clients. Shaheen suggests leading off with active listening. The goal: convert any and all potential concerns into part of that facility’s unique action plan. Great relationships are formed over time but communication does wonders to jump start the process when the business’s needs are being addressed proactively.
After onboarding of a new client, communication remains part of the BlueChip Pros standard operating procedure. Every client is provided a dedicated account manager to make maintenance seamless from their standpoint. Shaheen continues:
“Good, bad, or indifferent, we stay in the loop with what’s going on at each facility in real time. Having that open line of communication maintains consistency and also helps our teams adapt to special requests on the fly.”
Maintaining high quality standards can be difficult, especially at large scale when the workload needs to be delegated. The reason why procedural communication is so effective is because it holds every team member accountable without being caught off guard when “the boss wants to talk.” This approach sets expectations and encourages collaboration while driving home that we’re all working toward a common goal.
